COMPANY UPDATE

Warrington, Incorporated ceased business operations on December 31, 2009.

This action was necessitated by a number of business conditions that adversely effected the Company, including but not limited to:   the loss of the Company's senior engineer who for 20 years also served as the Company's RSO, CEO, and President; the increasing burden of taxes and employee related costs; a substantial increase in regulatory compliance costs related to the Company's licensing and use of radioactive material; the bankruptcy of North American Scientific, Inc. (NAS) of Chatsworth, CA which was the Company's primary supplier of sealed sources of radioactive isotopes; and the subsequent four-fold increase in the price of Cobalt 57 with limited avilability after the unfortunate monopolization of the industrial radioactive source market in the U.S. by a European based company following the demise of NAS.  After careful consideration of all available options, the management of Warrington, Inc. has decided to discontinue all business activity effective December 31, 2009.

All invoices, debts, and trust account liabilities have been paid that were submitted or due by the business closing date.  Remaining assets were liquidated and used to pay for the cost of closing the business.  Effective December 31, 2009, Warrington, Inc. has no funds or assets to make payment on any unresolved invoices, debts, or financial liabilities.

Correspondence to the company can only be received by email.  There is no physical address or mailing address to contact the Company after December 31, 2009.  Please note that replies will not be sent to email received after December 31, 2009.

Warrington, Inc. was the technology leader for 30 years in the effort to address the socio-economic impact of lead exposure to children in the U.S. and the EU.  In addition to manufacturing portable handheld state-of-the-art X-ray fluorescence analyzers used to measure the lead content in paint, the Company's field service technicians inspected over 50,000 living units under HUD regulations.  Warrington management maintained a leading role in various standards development committees and organizations that labored for many years to formulate Title X and related federal and state regulations addressing lead poisoning prevention in children within the U.S.

We are pleased to have had the opportunity to make a significant contribution to improve the health and safety of the general public and the safety of users of ionizing radiation in the workplace. The past employees and management of Warrington, Inc. appreciate the assistance of our worldwide list of suppliers, the patronage of our many customers, and the loyalty of our investors and shareholders in this noble cause.
